Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how RevFlw (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use revflw.io and the RevFlw software (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. Name, email address, business name, and password (stored as a one-way hash).
• Billing information.Subscription plan, billing address, and the last four digits of your card. Full card details are entered on Stripe's checkout and never touch our servers.
• Shop content. The films, pricing, schedules, team members, brand assets, photos, and customer records you upload while using the Service.
• Usage data. IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, and timestamps. Used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• Communications. Any messages, support tickets, or feedback you send us, including content sent via email or in-app chat.

2. How we use information

• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• To process payments, send receipts, and manage your subscription.
• To respond to support requests and communicate about the Service, including outages and product updates.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your information. We do not use your customer data to train models or share it with advertisers.

3. Third-party service providers

We share limited information with the following processors, only as needed to operate the Service:

• Stripe processes payments and stores billing details.
• Supabase hosts our database and stores your shop content.
• Resend sends transactional and notification emails on our behalf.

Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy policy and data processing agreement.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as light or dark theme. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the marketing site or inside the Service. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; blocking the session cookie will sign you out.

5. Retention

We retain your account and shop content for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 90 days after cancellation in case you reactivate. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us. Billing records are retained for as long as required by applicable law (typically seven years).
