Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, paying for, or using RevFlw (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Subscription and billing

RevFlw is a paid software service billed monthly. Pricing is provided directly before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

First billing cycle. Your first payment covers 45 days. The first 15 days of that period are dedicated onboarding with the RevFlw team. Your normal 30-day service month begins on day 16 and renews monthly thereafter on the same calendar day until cancelled.

Subsequent payments are charged automatically on each renewal date using the payment method on file. You are responsible for keeping that payment method current.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by emailing joe@revflw.io or through the in-app account screen once available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. The Service remains available through that date and your data is retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Refunds

Because Founders Edition includes dedicated onboarding work performed during the first 15 days, the first payment is non-refundable once onboarding begins. After the first cycle, monthly payments are non-refundable but no further charges will occur once cancellation is processed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Send spam, malware, harassing content, or content you do not have rights to use.
• Probe, attack, or attempt to bypass the Service's security or rate limits.
• Resell, sublicense, or share access with parties who have not paid for their own subscription.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

6. Intellectual property

RevFlw, the RevFlw logo, the software, and all related materials are the property of RevFlw and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you upload (logos, photos, customer records, pricing, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that content for the sole purpose of operating the Service for you.

7. Privacy and data

Use of the Service is also governed by our , which describes what we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
